Dare 2 Xpress Fashion is here for you and understands you may need to return an item.

30 day Return Policy

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received your purchased items to submit the return request.

The return shipping fee must be covered by the customer.

How to return an item?

  1. Step 1: Please contact us at indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of said items and the hang tag.
  2. Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. The item(s) must be mailed back to us within 14 days after your return is accepted. Make sure to provide a tracking number to us so we know when to expect the return.
  3. Step 3: Once your returned items are received in our office, they will be inspected, processed and our customer service team will then process a refund! 

Return Conditions

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right for you.
  2. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original hang tag still attached to the article of clothing.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 Please note that the conditions below are not deemed as defective in quality:

  1. Loose threads, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display
  2. Returns due to dissatisfaction in styles, colors, and changes in personal preferences 
  3. Damages due to use, wash, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors
  4. Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences with different items in the same size. 


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

Important Note:

  1. Please make sure to send your return to the address we send to you.
  2. We will process all returns and refunds in 5 business days, but there may be delays during the year. We are available from Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST. except on major holidays.


Domestic shipping only:

All purchases are processed and shipped out within 3 business days of your order. You will be notified if for some reason your items will not be shipping within 3 business days. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase has been shipped.

We ship all US orders through USPS and UPS.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package could not be located we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
